Michele Flatau Bio : Lover of life and truth. Curious explorer of healing through movement, meditation, imagery, sensory, the art of placement, the Wisdom teachings, and connection with others and the natural world. Seeker for self and others of realization of the true nature of all as conceptless, pure, pervasive compassion. Michele has trained in the roles of family, partnership, friend, social worker (MSW), psychotherapist (LiCSW), and Buddhist student.
Purification Mantra of Five Elements
We will explore space, water, earth, fire, and wind as they appear inwardly and outwardly and connect us with our true selves, others, and all that is. We will begin with a brief guided meditation, and then focus in on the Purification Mantra of Five Elements, experiencing together the healing power of the elements through our senses and imagination.
