- The MARCH MN FOOD SHARE is Chum’s biggest campaign to fight food insecurity. Since our money donations can go three times farther this March, we will be putting up a table in the Community Room for physical food donations as well as a basket for monetary dontaions. Chum is hoping to raise $80,000 to purchase food as well as trying to collect 40,000 pounds of food. Let’s help them out with their goal!
- Wednesday, March 26th from 6:30 to 8:00 pm, a study group will be meeting at our church! Sue Hall and friends will be studying Abraham-Hicks Law of Attraction upstairs in the “meditation” room every Wednesday. All who are drawn to attend, please arrive at the upstairs door a few minutes early, as they will start at 6:30. The book they are reading is The Vortex. They read out loud and discuss. - Mark your calendar! March 30th, at 1 pm, we will be presenting a movie called TRUE NORTH an inspirational documentary. “In 2013-14 basketball season, the Minneapolis North High Polars went from worst to first in the city and became the state champions in 2016. From classrooms and living rooms to basketball courts and ice rinks, True North is a story of possibility over probability, of quantum leaps, transforming reality from the inside out.” Jane Barrash, the director of the Continuum Center since 1984, developed a consciousness class called “Discovery of Self” which is featured in the film, plans to introduce the film and will be available for a question and answer session after the movie. - In April, the Bruno Groening Circle of Friends will host the film “Phenomenon of Healing” from 2-4 pm on Sunday, April 13th.
