Seth’s topic is The Spirituality of Nature.
BIO: Seth Currier is the Executive Director of the Damiano Center in Duluth, the largest emergency
meal provider in NE Minnesota. Damiano also provides clothing, showers, children’s
programming, storage, addiction support, youth employment, hygiene and many other basic
needs to anyone who needs them.
Seth has been the director since 2017. In this role he is responsible for advancing the mission of
the organization, managing day-to-day operations and activities, and ensuring the organization’s
financial health. Seth has over twelve years of experience in nonprofit leadership in addition to
seven years in higher education and service learning. Seth cares deeply about community
development and seeking justice as well as providing hospitality and respect to everyone. Along
with the rest of his staff, he works to address these issues in Duluth through his leadership of
the Damiano Center.
Seth is a certified qigong practice group leader through Spring Forest Qigong in Minneapolis
and a certified trauma-conscious RYT200 yoga guide through Svälja Whole-Being in Duluth and
Yoga Alliance. Seth has been guiding qigong practice groups since 2021 and holds a regular
qigong hybrid class (in person/online) at Svälja Whole-Being in Duluth.

First Sunday Meditation Mini-Retreat with Robert Aho will on the Sunday September 7th, from 9:00 to 10:00 am. Free Will Donation Requested.
