BIO : Robert has led meditation groups, led retreats, written two books, Timeless Luminosity and The Frog: A Spiritual Autobiography, Spanning Many Lifetimes, given talks all over the world, and writes a newsletter, which includes a podcast. Although Robert is retiring, he also practices architecture, and has done numerous activities related to this, written articles, taught classes, as well as organized and led events. Robert also keeps busy with a wide variety of various creative endeavors, such as poetry, prose, painting, photography, and, most recently, publishing.
Michael earned his MSW in Social work.. having done his Masters thesis on the Effects of Breath & Vocal Training on Self-Expresssion, Self-esteem, Self-efficacy. This is an aspect of trauma work : to release bound up, repressed energy. His work is in finding his own voice & facilitating the same process in others… and yes, it starts with the Breath!!

Lower Entrance Project: We will begin to dig out the high parts on the sides of the downstairs outer door slab. This project needs to happen in the next week. - The Law of Attraction group is meeting Tuesday, November 11th, from 6:30 to 8 pm. They will be meeting weekly. They will be reading The Amazing Power of Deliberate Intent by Ester and Jerry Hicks. - Nov. 30th after lunch, Steve will show a GetWisdom Podcast called “Creator Discusses Death, Transition, and the Immediate Afterlife”
Is there truly no death for us, but instead a continuation? Do our beliefs and actions govern what happens when we pass? Can believers as well as nonbelievers fail to return to the heavenly realm? Can we actually wake up dead and not know where we are? Can departed spirits get stuck experiencing what they think is just an endless dream? Do lost soul human spirits sometimes roam about but often get trapped in an earthly location, unable to leave? Will departed spirits attaching to a living loved one bring negative consequences? Do evil people become evil spirits when they die? What power do dark spirits have to affect the living and what controls their fate? Creator explains our role in saving the fallen, and how divine healing requests will best prepare us for our eventual transition so it goes smoothly. Join us!

First Sunday Meditation Mini-Retreat with Robert Aho will on the Sunday December 7th, from 9:00 to 10:00 am. Free Will Donation Requested.
